1. Protection of privacy

All information stored on the FrontMail server is protected under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, none of your personal information will be sold to any third parties. Merchants sending mail, only have access to category names and will never get to see your data. We reserve our right to change this policy at any time and you will be given the opportunity to remove yourself from our list at that time.

2. Unsubscribe from service

You will be able to remove yourself from our lists at any time without penalty.

Every mail you receive contains a unique unsubscribe link. If you click on this link you will be taken to your user profile where you will have the opportunity to edit your profile, remove or add yourself to new categories or stop the service entirely. You may rejoin our service at any time and until you do, you will receive no further mail from us.

3. Spam - the Internet's equivalent of junk mail.

Spam or Unsolicited Bulk Mail (UBM) is a scourge of the Internet and it often revolves around dubious "get rich quick" schemes. Spammers send millions of mails each day to random consumers and the content is often fraudulent and fills your mailbox with useless information.

We hate spam as much as you do and this is one of the reasons the FrontMail system came into existence. Once you sign up to the FrontMail service we guarantee to only send you mail on topics that interest you. We personally check every single mail that passes through our system to ensure that the subject matter is being sent to the correct lists and as a result you get relevant, good quality information every time.
